Pizza Tonight!

Yeah!  The end of the week!  Time for the weekend!  There is no better way to kick it off by having a Friday night pizza!  But when you don't eat dairy of wheat, how you have pizza?  Easy!  Make an all veggie pizza!  Starting with a pizza crust made with chickpea dough topped with home made tomato pizza sauce.  Then top it with roasted garden veggies such is Swiss chard, button mushrooms, yellow onions, garlic,red and green bell peppers.  After that cover everything with non dairy cheese..  I like to use Daiya brand both mozzarella style and cheddar style.  Bake in the over for 15 minutes at 400 degrees and let it cool after taking it out of the oven and enjoy!  I did with a tall glass of green tea!  Now I am ready for the weekend!
